1. Scope

This Cookie Policy applies to websites and online services operated by Vector Stack LLC under the VectorStack brand that link to it. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Some VectorStack products, customer-operated storefronts, or connected third-party services may present additional notices or controls. If a product-specific notice differs from this policy, that notice governs the technologies used in that product.

2. Technologies covered

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local and session storage, software development kits, pixels, tags, and device identifiers. They can remember information about a browser or device, support a session, measure performance, and enable requested features.

Session cookie

Expires when you close the browser or shortly after the session ends.

Persistent cookie

Remains until its configured expiration date or until you delete it.

First-party cookie

Set by the VectorStack domain or application you are visiting.

Third-party cookie

Set by another service embedded in or used by the page, subject to that provider's policies.

3. Current use on vectorstack.us

If the corporate website later introduces optional analytics, personalization, or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide consent or opt-out controls where required before those technologies are used.

4. Cookie categories used by our products

VectorStack product applications may use the following categories where appropriate:

Strictly necessary

These technologies enable core functions such as sign-in, session continuity, load balancing, security, fraud prevention, network routing, and saving privacy choices. The service may not function properly without them.

Preferences and functionality

These remember settings such as language, region, interface preferences, and previously selected options. Disabling them may cause settings to be forgotten or features to work differently.

Performance and analytics

These help us understand service performance, feature use, errors, and aggregate traffic so we can maintain and improve the Services. Where required, they are used only after consent.

Advertising and social media

These may measure campaigns, limit repeated advertising, or support social media features. Vectorstack.us does not currently use this category. If a Service uses it in the future, we will identify the relevant provider and offer legally required choices.

5. First-party and third-party providers

We prefer first-party technologies where practical. Product applications may rely on vendors for identity, payments, infrastructure, support, embedded content, or analytics. Those providers may process identifiers or usage information as our service providers or, in some cases, for their independently disclosed purposes.

Enabling a marketplace or other integration may also cause that third party to use its own technologies. We do not control cookies set on independent third-party websites and recommend reviewing their notices.

6. Cookie duration and information retention

Session technologies expire when the session ends. Persistent technologies remain for the duration needed for their stated purpose, subject to product configuration and legal requirements. Authentication and security cookies are generally retained only as long as needed to maintain or protect the session. Preference cookies may last longer so a setting can be remembered.

Information derived from cookies is retained according to our Privacy Policy, applicable customer agreements, and product-specific notices.

7. Your choices

Where a Service offers a cookie preference center, you can use it to accept, reject, or change optional categories. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Browser controls vary; consult your browser's help documentation.

Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent account sign-in or other core functions. Choices are generally browser- and device-specific, so you may need to repeat them after clearing storage or using another device.

8. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Where applicable law requires recognition of browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control, we treat a valid signal as a request for the browser or device sending it. Because vectorstack.us does not currently use advertising cookies or sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, the signal does not change its ordinary operation.

There is no universally accepted response to the older "Do Not Track" signal. Unless a Service states otherwise, it does not respond to that signal. You may still use the controls described above.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, Services, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted at this URL. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
