1. Our commitment
Vector Stack LLC is committed to providing digital experiences that support equal access and meaningful use. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility shared across design, engineering, content, procurement, support, and quality assurance.
We work to remove barriers, incorporate accessibility into new work, and improve existing experiences over time. Our approach considers people who use keyboards, screen readers, screen magnification, voice input, captions, alternative input devices, or customized display and motion settings.
2. Accessibility standard
Our target is substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for public-facing websites and core product workflows, where technically and operationally feasible. WCAG provides testable guidance organized around content being perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
This statement expresses our target and improvement program; it is not a representation that every page, feature, integration, document, or third-party component currently conforms in every respect.
3. Measures we take
Depending on the product and stage of development, accessibility measures may include:
- using semantic structure, meaningful headings, landmarks, labels, and accessible names;
- supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
- maintaining sufficient color contrast and avoiding color as the only means of conveying information;
- providing text alternatives for meaningful non-text content and captions or transcripts where appropriate;
- allowing text resizing, responsive reflow, reduced motion, and common browser or assistive-technology settings;
- designing understandable forms with instructions, validation, and error identification;
- reviewing reusable interface components and testing critical workflows;
- including accessibility considerations in design, development, content, and procurement practices; and
- tracking reported barriers and prioritizing remediation based on severity and user impact.
4. Browser and assistive-technology compatibility
Our public websites and Services are designed to work with current versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies on supported operating systems. The best experience generally requires a standards-compliant browser with security updates installed.
Older browsers, unsupported operating systems, browser extensions, highly customized settings, or combinations of assistive technology not tested with a particular Service may behave differently. We welcome reports that help us identify compatibility barriers.
5. Known and potential limitations
Despite our efforts, some content or functionality may not yet be fully accessible. Potential limitations may occur in complex data tables, interactive dashboards, charts, maps, drag-and-drop workflows, generated documents, uploaded customer content, legacy interfaces, and rapidly changing third-party integrations.
When we identify a barrier, we evaluate its impact and work toward a reasonable solution. Where immediate remediation is not practicable, we will try to provide an accessible alternative or assistance upon request.
6. Third-party content and customer configurations
Some Services include content, integrations, storefronts, documents, or components provided or configured by customers and independent third parties. VectorStack does not control every aspect of those experiences. We encourage customers and providers to make their content accessible and consider accessibility when selecting and configuring integrations.
If a barrier involves a third-party component, we may work with the provider, offer guidance, identify an alternative workflow, or direct the report to the party best able to resolve it.
7. Feedback, accommodation, and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in another format, or require assistance using a VectorStack website or Service, contact us. Please include:
- the page URL, product, or feature involved;
- a description of the barrier and the task you were trying to complete;
- your browser, operating system, and assistive technology, if relevant; and
- your preferred contact method and requested alternative format or accommodation.
Do not include passwords, payment information, or other unnecessary sensitive data. We will acknowledge requests and work to provide a response or reasonable alternative as promptly as practical.
Accessibility contact: email Vector Stack LLC at it@vectorstack.us with the subject “Accessibility feedback.”
8. Assessment and updates
We assess accessibility through a combination of design review, automated checks, manual testing, user feedback, and remediation tracking, as appropriate to the Service. Automated tools alone cannot establish full conformance, so human review remains part of our approach for material workflows.
We will update this statement as our Services, standards, or accessibility program evolve. Feedback is used to prioritize improvements, but publication of this statement does not create contractual warranties beyond obligations imposed by applicable law or an executed agreement.
